Express Interest

Complete the interest form with your personal information, income, and employment details.

Initial Review

We review your income and qualifications. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Property Showing

Qualified applicants are contacted to schedule a property showing at a convenient time.

Formal Application & Lease

After the showing, qualified applicants complete a formal application, background check, and lease signing.

Application Requirements

Please have the following items ready before starting your application:

Valid government-issued photo ID
Proof of income (pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements)
Minimum gross income of $5,400/mo (3x monthly rent)
Rental history for the past 3 years
Contact information for previous landlords
Completed background and credit authorization
Social Security number for credit check
Pet information (if applicable)

Important Information

All applicants 18 years or older must submit a separate application.
A non-refundable application fee of $35 per applicant is required.
Application processing typically takes 2-3 business days.
Pets are welcome with an additional pet deposit of $300. Pet information must be disclosed on the application.
